  • What is the return policy?
    If a product does not meet expectations, you have the right to return the purchase within 14 days of receipt.If the order is not complete, or if there appear to be other defects, we ask you to send a photo by email, so that we can propose a suitable solution to correct it.Food treats cannot be returned. Provide by an email to contact@hallofeest.nl to which items you want to return. And whether you want the money back, or whether you want to receive a replacement product. The shipping costs are for your own account. As soon as the return shipment has been received and meets the above conditions, the purchase amount excluding shipping costs will be refunded to your account within a week.   • What is the delivery time?
    Our aim is to ship the order the same day. This is usually possible if the order is placed before 3 p.m. The order will probably arrive within 1 or 2 days. If the delivery person is busy, the delivery may be a bit later.To be sure that you receive certain products on time, we recommend ordering about a week in advance.
  • What are shipping costs?
    The standard shipping costs are 4.75 euros. We offer free shipping for orders over 50 euros.
  • Can I pick up my order?
    Yes!At checkout it is possible to choose to pick up your order. If you choose this option, you will receive an email as soon as it is ready. You can pick up your order by appointment in Eindhoven.
  • Do you have a physical store?
    No, we only have an online store and no physical store.You can pick up by appointment at our home address: Jan Sluytersweg 28 5645 JD, Eindhoven
